SOUND FAMILIAR?

There’s Always More Salesforce Work Waiting

Sometimes the problem isn’t knowing what needs to be done.

It’s finding the time and resources to actually do it.

Your Salesforce Admin Is Buried

User requests, data issues, and routine admin work consume the day.
Important improvements keep slipping down the list because no one has time to tackle them.

The Backlog Keeps Growing

Your team knows what needs attention, but urgent requests keep taking priority.
Smaller fixes, useful enhancements, and larger projects are left waiting.

Technical Debt Keeps Piling Up

Outdated configurations, fragile automations, and quick fixes create new problems.
Cleaning them up takes time your team can’t spare from essential daily work.

Salesforce Is Nobody’s Main Job

When Salesforce isn’t anyone’s main job, upkeep competes with other priorities.
Important fixes and improvements keep getting pushed aside week after week.

IS THIS THE RIGHT KIND OF HELP?

Is Monthly Salesforce Support Right for You?

Monthly support works best when you regularly need help with Salesforce admin work, troubleshooting, or enhancements.

Monthly Support Fits When…

  • Your team needs backup. Your Salesforce admin has more work than they can get through.
  • Requests keep coming in. You need help with configuration, troubleshooting, or enhancements.
  • You have an internal point person. Even without a dedicated admin, someone can coordinate requests, set priorities, and approve changes.
  • You want to improve Salesforce over time. You need experienced help alongside your existing team.

Consider Another Option When…

  • You need emergency coverage. Immediate fixes or continuous monitoring call for a different support model.
  • You’re planning a major project. Think a full implementation, major integration, or substantial development.
  • You need someone to own Salesforce outright. There’s no internal point person to coordinate the work.
  • You have a one-off request. You don’t expect to need ongoing help.

THE WORK THAT NEEDS ATTENTION

From Everyday Administration to the Improvements That Keep Getting Pushed Aside

Some requests are straightforward. Others take investigation. Our monthly plans provide experienced help with Salesforce administration, troubleshooting, and incremental improvements.

Administration & Configuration

User access, permissions, fields, page layouts, Lightning pages, validation rules, record types, and other configuration changes.

Automation & Troubleshooting

Investigate broken or unreliable automations, repair appropriately scoped issues, and create or improve Salesforce Flows.

Data Management & Cleanup

Data imports, updates, deduplication, and improvements that help make Salesforce information more accurate and reliable.

Reports & Dashboards

Create or improve reports and dashboards so employees and leaders can access useful information.

Enhancements & Optimization

Address technical debt, simplify complicated configurations, and implement practical improvements that make Salesforce easier to use.

Connected Applications

Get help with supported Salesforce-connected applications, including DocuSign, Conga, and other AppExchange solutions, when the requested work fits the agreed scope.

Not every request belongs in a monthly support plan.

Larger development projects, complex integrations, and major redesigns may require a separate engagement.

We’ll discuss the appropriate approach before committing to the work

HOW IT WORKS

A Practical Way to Keep Salesforce Work Moving

Getting help shouldn’t create another complicated process.

Here’s what working together looks like

STEP 1

Discuss Your Needs

We’ll discuss your Salesforce environment, who’s handling administration today, and the work your team needs help with. Together, we’ll determine whether monthly support makes sense.

STEP 2

Choose Your Plan

Select a plan based on your anticipated workload. Each includes a defined number of service hours per month for a predictable recurring fee.

STEP 3

Submit and Prioritize Requests

Send us your administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests. We’ll clarify requirements, estimate larger tasks when appropriate, and coordinate work based on your priorities and available capacity.

STEP 4

Complete Work and Review Progress

We’ll handle approved requests, track the hours used, and keep you informed about completed work and outstanding priorities. If additional hours are needed, we’ll discuss the options before proceeding.

A Few Things to Know About Monthly Hours

Unused Hours

Your plan includes a set number of hours each billing cycle. Unused hours expire at the end of the cycle and don’t roll over.

Additional Hours

Need more time? If our schedule allows, we can add hours at the agreed rate with your approval.

Work That Can Wait

If it can wait, you can use your next month’s hours for it.

Larger Projects

Have something outside your plan’s scope? We can talk it through and price it separately.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Predictable Monthly Support.
Clear Priorities.
No Surprises.

This isn’t an emergency help desk or an unlimited support contract.

It’s a practical way to get ongoing Salesforce work done.

You submit requests, we agree on priorities, and the work is scheduled based on scope, complexity, and available capacity.

You’ll know how your monthly hours are being used, and we’ll discuss additional work before exceeding your plan.

REAL CLIENT WORK

We’ve Worked Through Problems Like These

Salesforce issues rarely exist in isolation.

They often involve years of configuration changes, competing requirements, and workarounds that made sense at the time.

Here are two examples of the kinds of problems we’ve helped organizations address.

When Salesforce Automation Undermines Trust

See how we investigated automation that was overwriting user changes and helped restore confidence in the information Salesforce was supposed to manage.

When Salesforce Configuration Falls Behind the Business

See how outdated rules and configurations were creating unnecessary work, and what it took to make Salesforce better reflect how the business operated.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Good Questions. Straight Answers.

No. We can work with organizations that have an existing Salesforce team or those without a dedicated administrator. However, someone within your organization needs to coordinate requests, establish business priorities, and approve changes. This service doesn’t automatically transfer full responsibility for your Salesforce environment to Brainiate.

Typical requests include permissions, configuration changes, data imports, reporting, Flow troubleshooting, and smaller enhancements. We can also help with certain third-party applications. We’ll review the work to confirm that it fits the agreed service scope.

This service is designed for scheduled, ongoing work rather than immediate emergency response. We’ll acknowledge requests, clarify priorities, and coordinate delivery based on complexity, dependencies, and available capacity. We’ll agree on communication expectations before work begins.

Unused hours expire at the end of your monthly billing cycle. They don’t accumulate or carry into future months. We’ll help you review priorities and identify appropriate work so you can make effective use of your subscription.

You can purchase additional hours at the agreed rate, subject to availability. We’ll obtain your approval before exceeding your monthly allocation. Alternatively, you can defer lower-priority work until your next billing cycle.

Yes, when the application and requested work fall within our areas of expertise. That might include configuration changes, troubleshooting, document-generation settings, or Salesforce integration issues. More complex vendor-specific work may require additional assessment or a separate engagement.

Major implementations, complex integrations, substantial development work, and large redesigns generally require their own scope and commercial agreement. A monthly support plan isn’t intended to replace project-based consulting.

Time spent investigating, configuring, testing, documenting, and coordinating approved requests generally counts toward your allocation. We’ll explain the time-tracking rules before the engagement begins so you understand how hours are recorded.

Absolutely. This service is designed to work alongside your existing resources. Your team retains control of business priorities and approvals. We provide additional experience and delivery capacity to help address the work that needs attention.

We’ll spend about 30 minutes discussing your Salesforce environment, your current resources, and the work you need help with. We’ll explore whether a monthly support arrangement makes sense and what level of assistance may be appropriate. It’s not a formal technical assessment, and there’s no obligation to move forward.
